Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Until 15 March 2014, full refund of registration fees minus bank charges will be provided, from 16 March – 31 March 2013, 50% of fees paid will be refunded, after that date no refund will be possible.
